all levels vinyasa

power hour

inspired by the popular baron baptiste, this 75 minute challenging, flowing practice synchronizes movement & breath in a steamy (65% humidity), infrared heated (85°-95° F) room typically with music

come hydrated, bring a towel, lots of water & be prepared to sweat

we will practice moving breath with the mind, teaching breath to move the body & watch as body begins to move the breath

this practice will not only change your body but you will begin to notice a clearer, calmer way of being in yourself

got somewhere to be? then this is the class for you.

start your day early and right with an invigorating, inspiring baptiste vinyasa class and make it to work on time!

build your strength & flexibility and find your true north as you learn to move through the flow on and off your mat

expect to move quickly in a 60 minute class in 65% humidity with infrared heat (85°-95° F) usually with music

hydration is a must and a towel is highly recommended

a great class for that friend who wants to try out the studio but is just a little too scared of the heat

or for you, when you're feeling overworked, sore & tired

come to this class & feel the tension melt from your body

taught in a warm room, sometimes with infrared heat but typically not as hot or humid as the all levels vinyasa or power hour classes

expect a 60 minute modified sequence in designed to move you gently through the baptiste-inspired flow

as always, arrive hydrated - bring water, a hand towel & expect to leave feeling calm and loose
